To see you here means you decided to invest in your career! Congrats, as this is the first step of a very rewarding journey. It is not an easy way to go and not a fast sprint. You need to focus and invest a lot of energy. It is like a marathon and sometimes like an Ironman, and you have to master different disciplines, with ups and downs, so you need resilience and adaptability, but that’s where I am here to coach you in this course and to prepare you in all disciplines.
You do not need to be the best in all disciplines, but you need to know them and understand how they help you develop yourself. Your goal is to stand out from the crowd, whether this is other candidates applying for the same promotion, management doing an assessment, or any situation in which you are in a comparison.
This sounds like a lot, and yes, it is some learning, but I am here to help. My job is to prepare, help you and be a realistic coach. Believe me, it is worth your time, money, and effort, as it will pay you back x-fold. Investing in yourself is your best investment, as you are your best resource. You really are!

Because of my passion, I founded UN1010, a coaching and consulting brand to help you and others excel in their career. After doing so, I realized I had started a new career myself so I could test everything I teach and optimize it for today’s challenging times and situations, and I did.
